Hi everyone! My name is Daphne Yosco and I am a health and fitness enthusiast. I am a certified personal trainer and I absolutely LOVE what I do. Fitness is so important to me because it truly makes me feel my best- mentally and physically. I want to share my passion and knowledge with you! I am 25 years old born In New York but raised in Nashville TN. Now I am always on the go traveling from city to city. My boyfriend Phillip❤️ is a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds. We have been together over 5 years and have the cutest pitbull named Paco - I’m totally obsessed. We are always traveling, whether it’s during baseball season or the offseason, but we always keep each other motivated and implement a healthy active lifestyle. Creating healthy habits keeps us grounded and always feeling good. Since I am so passionate about the impact health and fitness has had on my life, I want to share it with everyone I know! DYNAMIC WITH DAPHNE
Dynamic with Daphne is my 12 week workout program I have created to help you get in your best shape! The guide consist of 60 gym workouts total which is 5 workouts a week for 3 months. It also includes a basic food guide that will give you guidelines for healthy eating. This program is designed to help you get leaner while building muscle. There is a combination of weight training and plyometric workouts that will help you reach your goals! I am so excited for you to get your hands on this guide and start your fitness journey!
