DYNAMIC WITH DAPHNE

 

Dynamic with Daphne is my 12 week workout program I have created to help you get in your best shape! The guide consist of 60 gym workouts total which is 5 workouts a week for 3 months. It also includes a basic food guide that will give you guidelines for healthy eating. This program is designed to help you get leaner while building muscle. There is a combination of weight training and plyometric workouts that will help you reach your goals! I am so excited for you to get your hands on this guide and start your fitness journey!
